No Refunds for Completed Services – Since our work involves strategy, execution, and digital deliverables, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.
Cancellations Before Service Begins – If a client cancels a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.
Subscription-Based Local SEO Services – Clients may cancel their SEO services at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for any services that have already been completed and delivered.
Subscription-Based SAAS – Clients may cancel their SAAS plan at any time with a full refund for the current month. However, refunds will not be issued for any billing cycle that has already completed.
Satisfaction Guarantee – While we don’t provide refunds for completed work, we are committed to delivering quality results and will work with clients to address concerns and optimize their campaigns if needed.
